Getting Started
What is QisstPay?
QisstPay is Pakistan's Shariah-compliant Buy Now, Pay Later. We let you split a purchase into 2 to 12 equal, interest-free installments at participating merchants. You pay the first installment at checkout and the rest over time — with zero interest, always.
How do I sign up?
Sign up takes less than 2 minutes. You'll need your CNIC number and phone number. We verify your identity instantly and give you a spending limit right away — no paperwork, no bank visit.
Is there a fee to use QisstPay?
No. QisstPay is completely free for shoppers. We never charge interest, sign-up fees, or annual fees. You pay exactly the price of your purchase, split into installments.
What do I need to be eligible?
You must be at least 18 years old, a Pakistani resident with a valid CNIC, and have an active mobile phone number. We'll determine your spending limit based on our credit assessment.
Payments & Installments
How are my payments scheduled?
Your purchase is divided into the number of equal installments you choose — anywhere from 2 to 12. The first payment is due at checkout, and the rest are charged to your payment method on a regular schedule. Zero interest, always.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, debit cards, and other payment methods available in Pakistan. You can manage your payment method in your QisstPay account.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We'll send you reminders before each payment is due. If you miss a payment, your ability to make new purchases may be temporarily paused. We don't charge interest on late payments. A small administrative fee may apply, which is always disclosed upfront.
Can I pay off my balance early?
Yes! You can pay off your remaining balance at any time with no extra fees. Early payment won't affect your spending limit and may actually increase it.
Can I snooze a payment?
Yes. If you need a bit more time, you can snooze a payment by up to one week with a single tap in the app. No penalties, no questions asked.
Shopping & Merchants
Where can I shop with QisstPay?
QisstPay is available at a growing network of Pakistani and international brands across fashion, electronics, beauty, home goods, and more. Check the Merchants section on our app to see all participating stores.
How do I use QisstPay at checkout?
At a participating merchant's checkout, select QisstPay as your payment method. Log in or sign up, confirm your installment plan, and you're done. Your first payment is processed immediately.
Can I use QisstPay in physical stores?
We're currently available for online purchases. In-store QisstPay payments are coming soon — stay tuned for updates.
Returns & Refunds
What happens if I return an item?
Refund and return policies are set by the merchant. If a merchant issues a full refund, we'll cancel your remaining installments and refund any payments already made. Partial refunds are applied to your remaining balance.
How long do refunds take?
Once the merchant processes your return, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
Account & Security
Is my information secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-grade encryption (TLS 1.3), secure data storage, and regular security audits to protect your personal and financial information. We never sell your data.
How do I update my account information?
Log in to your QisstPay account and go to Profile settings. You can update your phone number, email, payment method, and other details there.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at support@qisstpay.com to request account deletion. Please note that all outstanding balances must be settled before your account can be closed.
Shariah Compliance
Is QisstPay truly interest-free?
Yes. QisstPay charges zero interest on all installment plans. Our revenue comes from merchant service fees, not from consumer interest. Our model has been reviewed and certified by an independent Shariah advisory board.
How is QisstPay different from a credit card?
Credit cards charge interest on unpaid balances, often compounding monthly. QisstPay never charges interest. You pay the exact price of what you bought, split into equal installments. No surprises, no compounding, and fully Shariah-compliant.
